How can I setup aoutomatic run off removal?

So I have a 4x4 tent currently in flowering and my watering practices suck donkey sacs right now... so I have been watering the plants inside the tent on raised square trays which are on top of circle trays... now when I water the run off ends up getting to the height of my air pots ... to get rid of the run off I’ve been taking each plant out of the tent one by one which is killing my back lol I’m in five gallon air pots (coco coir) .

I read on coco for cannabis a tutorial on how to set that up. But I’m slow and the directions to me didn’t cover exactly how to do it. Also he was using some pretty expensive pumps..

So I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how I can solve this problem or atleast make it easier..???

You could probably get a small water pump, one large plastic tray for run off and a float switch.
However im not having much luck finding a small float switch.

I would just Get one of those shop vacs that you can attach to any bucket and suck it out in seconds.

Spend 5 minutes with a sponge and bucket. Or put a 4x4 square saucer from amazon then cut a whole in bottom, you will need to have the outlet running off to a drain, probably better idea if you used a pump along the way on a timer.

This what I’m in now... and I have to lift each plant out of the tent one by one and pour the run off into a bucket .. and I just started flower so in a week or two it’s gunna be impossible cuz two of the ladies are damn there teees

Gravity drain to a sump then pumped out to the landscaping outside when the sump is full.

Or the raised floor/table idea up there would be easy. A lot of options just depends on your room.

Use a shop vac to suck the water out of the trays.

I use a bucket in a bucket system, top bucket drains into bottom bucket that has a grommet and a line to a floor drain.
