How Did YOU Dry & Cure your children. Please help a fellow gardener out

I am nearing the end of my grow and it is now time to choose the best possible method for drying and curing. I have read tons and tons of posts and threads on RIU and they al differ. I know everyone is different as well as every plant, but I would just like some input on methods you have used that proved well. Not looking for anything crazy, just how you air dried, and how long you did that for, how you cured, and how long. I have heard paper bags, jars, open, quick drying methods ( none of that), and some goofy stuff. I plan to flush for about the last week or two and then chop. Please let me know what worked for you so I can hopefully formulate a win win finished harvest. Thanks all.

Also, If anyone can please explain how to give rep, i'd love to start throwin' em out for all the good comments.

on the rep thing just click the scales icon upper right of every post in the post of the person you want to rep and then say why, also good to put your handle so folks know who reped em

on the harvest, I'm a bit different I flush through out flower (discussed/taught in my threads)

hang em up in a dark area with a fan circulating air (but not at the buds)
needs to be in the 70's and the lower the humidity the better, do this for 7 days

then put em in a jar (mason jars are best) needs to be airtight and they then need to go into a dark cool place (I put mine in my closet)

You need to check the jars 3 or 4 times a day at first, they will get moist again and if too moist you need to take them out of the jars for 30 min to an hour then back in the jars

You just keep doing this for the first week then you can start checkin em twice a day, eventually you are just burpin the jar once a day and your buds are primo

hope that helps

there is also a whole forum about this, while you will see variations what I have said is how most growers do it
