RIU stand for Roll it up. If you go to the FAQ at the top of the page you will find many good threads on cloning.

hey dude you asked how to clone and that is the way! i mean you don't always have to be so sterile and what not, ive taken cuttings with sharp scissors and still rooted within a week or so, ive taken cuttings and used regular tap water and still have 100% success, but when it comes to the basics there it is!

Yeah, some days I don't have the patience for newbs that don't do their due diligence. I researched for 6 months before I bought anything. This is definitely won in the planning phases. Next we'll find out he's trying to take clones from a plant 5 weeks into flowering. I applaud those that helped me, and I try to give back but guys like this make it hard.

Lol I learned to clone via emergency lol >,< Lucky for me my old neighbor had an ez clone he wasnt using and he gave it to me with the promise of future clones for his grow when he needs them
