How do you properly use a cloner?

So I bought a EZ cloner online and well it arrived and im stoked to try it, but all of a sudden I started hearing that it sucked, and its complicated to use, its not optimal etc......that makes me weary, eitherway its here so RIU whats the optimal way to use my new cloner, any advise, ph levels etc? KLN, root gels?

i like to use kln at 1/4 to 1/2 dose. keep water like 73 and ph down to 5.8 always have roots within 7-10 days time is dependant on strain too... very easy to use.. can transplant into any media.

thanks for the link, ya im experimenting with this thing, i took a total of 5 clones, and 2 look meh, 3 look good, whats your guys success rate, near 100%?

You should have just made your own. I just use ph 5.8 water, no nutes and throw a frozen water bottle in there to keep the temp down. I have a near 100% success rate.

Ive got the grow bright ez cloner.. no hormones just 5.8-6 ph water.. i have probably only lost 1-2 clones.. roots in 7-10 days
