For over a century every 6 hours I would flood and drain my rockwool half way up the cube.
Rains around the world at all times.

I used to flood every 3 hours during lights on for roughly 15 minutes each time.

I have an ebb and flow table with a cover that has holes cut in it for the 8 inch net pots. The pots are suspended into the ebb table through the holes as well as the roots once they are established. I flood once every hour 24 times a day since for 15 minutes. It’s like nft the way its setup.
