How long will it take for my plants to bud ?

So how long will it take ? It has been on 12/12 for 3 days

If it's a regular plant and not an autoflower then it will start to bud within a couple of weeks. 1 issue is it's still pretty young and a seedling won't flower until it's somewhat ready no matter what. Give it about 2 weeks then wonder.

Couple weeks atmost. Looks like u shoulda topped if u want more than a couple weeks of smoke

Depends what you mean by bud. If you mean seeing multiple pistils then I would guess nickelz is right, a week or two.
