How many gallons of soil do you use for 1000W?

I'm going on my 4th grow and just upgraded to a 600w and a 400w so 1000w total. I plan on doing a scrog and was just curious, how many gallons of soil do you guys use for 1000w?

gallons of soil? am i too stoned?

How many pots do you usually use?

Of course the bigger the plant the bigger the yield so if you can go 18 gallons do it if you can do a bunch of 5 gallon buckets do that. I wouldn't use 1 gallons unless I was doing a sea of green it would be pointless to use a 1 gallon with a scrog.. I say go big for big.

i do 28 gallons of soil with four plants under 1000. 2 month veg from seed and about 10 weeks flower for this strain. I could probably go as high as 45 gallons of soil in the size area i'm working with, but that would be with 9 plants.

I think I might go with the 12 plants in 36 gallon, just so I don't have to veg as long as I would have to with 9 plants in 5 gallon buckets.

I also just harvested my last grow that I used 5 gallon buckets in (1 month veg) and they did not fill out the whole bucket.
