Im just wondering what you guys think, this one is bagseed and 8.5 weeks after 12/12 flip. Im going to pick up a loupe to check trichomes, just getting iimpatient haha

Thanks man, i know i dont have the best setup yet but its all i can do for right now till i have money i can buy better lighting with. I use a blurple led light and cfls to grow for now. Im just trying to learn basics and have fun doing so

Oh I know all to well bout being impatient also. But it looks like there is at least 2 more weeks left. There still looks to be room for the buds the swell and hairs recede. The blurple may be why it's seemingly taking forever. JM2C

Its hard to take pics looking through a loupe and using a cell phone to take the pics but i would agree they look glassy in person a little cloudy and there are a few amber but not many

Strange I can see OP pics just fine. And yes trichomes are a good idicater, but I hardly worry about trichomes anymore, and concentrate more on letting the bud fill out to its max. The trichomes will also be to my liking every time by that point. That method works way better for me than stressing out every day, straining eyes, freaking out about trich color.

Here is the irony of popping so called “ bag seed “ ........
There is some nice smoke that shows up now and then depending on the source , good ol’ Mexican red or Columbian sometimes some Thai . When you buy STREET SWAG / BRICK WEED / MOTA / SESS or whatever the latest term is .... its never grown properly from the cartels.
With growing your own , you can take that strain and grow it like it’s supposed to be.
Full maturity , cut and harvested at peak , cured proper. Fuckin cartel weed gets shoehorned to market ..... bugs , shit , twigs , mold and whatever is laying on the fucking ground. Compressed cured and bundled.
Looks like you got a pretty healthy one , since most are inbred and weak ditch weed.
I’ve grown plenty of baggers now and then., sometimes you get good ones.
Run them as long as needed ..... clone looks ready for some LST .

Am i confused as to what bagseed means? I seen the term around the site and just figured it was a seed you found in a baggy but this seed came from some dank weed i forgot the name i think it was a sour or a haze strain but who knows if weed is even labled correctly by the time it gets to me in ny lol. My buddy who inspired me to grow always said keep any seed you get cuzz even shit weed can be good if you grow it correctly. I topped the clone and have been tieing the stems down as they grow.

Got a seed from dispensary before - Candy Dream
Popped it , selfed it ( to make same seeds ) and kept the strain so I can keep it going.

Thats pretty cool man i only smoke dispensary grade i dont even know where to find that stuff haha its been so long i really only smoked the good stuff i was lucky never had to suffer with mids. I got like 10 seeds from 2 nuggets of stuff called candy land i actually started one but it ended up a male so i yanked so this one didnt get messed up.

LOL, Man bagseed is either as stated above mexi or any weed back in the day 90's 80's and earlier, it was all sold in a bag. No such thing as a dispensery weed back then.

I cant even imagine that haha we had our options when i was like 18 9 years ago there was what they called beaster and it was cheaper than the good good but usually tasted like grassy hay looked good but was harsh i always just got the good stuff for 5-10 dollars more n 8th i liked the quality stuff but everybodyelse hated paying for it. Now pretty much all you can find is quality nugget but i just wanna grow my own so i can save the money i spend. I spend like 80 dollars a qt every 4 days. Growing your own weed is the only way to go.. There is no dispensery weed available that even compares to basically anyone's quality home grown grass. I will never buy recreational or dispensery weed ever again after growing my own. But back in the day I remember getting zip loc bags of skunk bud from buddies parents that were so fuckin sticky you'd have to literly peel the bag open. Ahh the good ole days. Now My sticky icky is in mason jars only.

I cant wait until i can buy a better set up and grow bigger better plants and fill maspn jars for myself!
