How much longer till harvest?

I have a 30x loupe and im not seeing any amber. They are all pretty milky and a few are still clear. What happens if you harvest to early?
 
Can't see what the teichomes look like but if they are just milky I'd wait another week or so. Harvesting early is detrimental to the weight you get and the potency.
