These girls are 4 weeks into flowering The buds dont seem to be growing any bigger.

You still have another 4 - 6 weeks left. Your plants just finished their growth spurt and are now turning their efforts into reproduction (bud building, resin producing)

but they should see another growth spurt in 2-3 weeks, which symbolizes 2 more weeks till harvest, right?

but of course close-up trichome inspection is the best tool...
