How should I build my grow box?

Is it okay to build a grow box with wood?
Also i wanna breed my own seeds so i was wondering if its okay to build a veg, flower, and breeding rooms in my grow box. Left room is going to have exhaust and breeding room middle is going to be flower and right is going to be clone/veg & intake fan. Is that okay and lets say if i have fans at the top of each grow room blowing to the exhaust and in the flower one i have a dust filter to prevent any of my flowering plants to be polinated will that work?

No it is not ok... your breeding room needs to be seperated form the other rooms completely, cannot share air with the flower or veg room, as pollen will travel. it is highly recommended to be totally seperate, and sealed from other elements, and remember if your in the same room the exhaust should have a filter on it to catch pollen.
