How to hook pulleys up to a hood?

Anyone have any info or a diagram of how I could do this?

I am trying to envision it in my mind, and I've kind of got it, but how do you get the light to stay in a certain position?

I like the yo-yo's

2 ropes
2 hooks,screws,ilets for the ropes to hook to
5 pulleys
1 tiedownfor the ropes

You can see the 4 pulleys in the pic then the 5th pulley is a double pulley for both ropes it helps the ropes do a 90 degree turn to the tie down in the other pic

If you need more info let me know took me a while to figure it out hahaha i was trying to do it with just one rope but its a more complicating setup.
