How to keep temps low in when summer

Going to build a diy dry tent how can I keep temps at 23 celcius or bellow? When in the summer where it gets something like 43 celcius I live in Australia

i use an air conditioner in the room- with the closet with the drying tent inside.
I have a dehuey in the room also, a stink sock in the tent too, and a small circ fan, hanging drying net.
