How To Start

Hello. I Never started from seed (always bought clone).

I Got some seeds here and im wondering how to plant them.

What light set up i need to start em and what are amount of lightning time ratio they need.

Do i need product or only put them in the thing to put seed in so i wont dmg root when puting in soil.

Just put them into some soil and keep it moist. All you need for the first week or so is a shop light. Seedlings don't need nor do they like too much light. Put it on 18/6 and you are good to go. They don't need the light until the sprout breaks the surface of the soil but you can use it for warmth. CFL's are also a great option as they are cheap and you can find them anywhere. I suggest you do a lot more research before you go planting anything. Read the sticky threads as well as the GrowFAQ for lots of essential information. In the meantime you might want to think about how much you're willing to spend and what your realistic yield expectations are. In most cases you get out what you put in. Best of luck.

well i know how to grow but never did the first weeks hehe and im planning to grow a mom so i can clone it.

thats why i asked this

So if i wanna have a mom is it true it need to be 18/6 all the time.

if so, how many light would u suggest using for a single mom.

i wanna start from scratch (1 mom)

then start populating

just need suggestion for that!

i will do a grow journal later on on how it been to start with 2-3 seeds and end up with room

is it possible to light a mom all the way with only small econo light (the spiral one) or with fluo tube.

Probably not. You don't have to give moms a lot of light but you want them to be healthy.
