How to top a plant?

Hey,

I checked the GrowFAQ but did not find anything. How would I top a plant so it is more of a bush. Also is topping it better for stealth grows and does anybody have photos of a topped Indica plant and one that is not so I can see the difference?

u cut the new growth off so it wont have ne new growth.

If u do it clone it clones good actually.

So by me cutting off the top my Marijuana plant will turn into a bush?

lol you gotta cut it at the right place of course... but it stunts the growth for a little while it concentrates on repair therefore keeping it shorter

then because you get two branches it becomes more bushier, top and top some more for super bushy... but the more you top the smaller your colas will be, youll just have a bunch of em

if you lst for awhile then top... then your golden

Cut the top off between the uppermost set of nodes. voila!!

Can someone show me a photo of a plant that was cut and ready to be harvested?
