humidity problems while drying

just woundering if anyone has any tricks to keep humidity down with out a dehumidifier that costs 150 while drying. im hanging my buds in the top of my closet and cant seem to get the humidity below 65% and it is taking forever for them to dry. i do have a fan on them too.

If you live near a Menards, they currently have a 20 pint dehumidifier on closeout for $79.00. (Sahara brand) Might be a good investment. I bought two.
