Hydro Nutrient burn??

Hello everyone (: about a week ago I noticed some brown tips on my leaves…. So i done some research and i think its nute burn. My gal is in week 3-4 of flower. Im growing in hydro using general hydroponics flora series. When i first noticed the brown tips i seen things online saying to flush with clean water for 24 hrs.. so i did, that was about all i could find solution wise. I have no way to check ppm if that is what i need to check (not sure‍♂ honestly only been checking ph daily). After doing so I lowered the nute strength to half of what i was using.. the current blend im using is 3/4 tsp of grow, 1tsp of micro, and 1 1/2tsp bloom. I could really use some help or advice on how to handle this. Also im not sure if this will help with anything about the situation but im using a marshydro ts600 light. Thanks in advance!!

Hey. Couple things.

Plants look pretty good! For sure got some sativa tendencies with those thin fan leaves and stretched bud structure.

I like to go by the moto, "Less is more" when it comes to nutes. I keep my plants almost hungry. Almost. I start by feeding very low doses of nutes, like 1/4 what the bottle recommends. Then as the plant grows I adjust and raise the levels. I don't think I have ever used even half what most nutrient companies tell you to use. I have probably used a dozen different brands over the years and have found no matter what less is always more. Remember the nutrient companies are just trying to sell nutes. They could care less if you fry your plants. For them the more you use the better. I think its normal to think more food would equal bigger buds, but ALWAYS in my many years of growing....LESS IS MORE.

Also....I would loose the tin foil. Your not baking a turkey for goodness sake!

Tin foil can cause hot spots and really don't reflect light as good as just a flat white wall. Get you some diamond milar or some panda paper for your walls.

No worries, I too had a tin foil covered garden my first grow. Trial and error says...no foil.

BTW nice plants. They are really stacking and have the potential of putting on some nice colas! Best of luck with the grow!

Nice looking girls. I think Max Ehrmann is correct.
You should have an ec or ppm pen to measure that as well. They are relatively inexpensive.
If you take a ph and ppm reading daily you can see how your plants are feeding/drinking and adjust by topping off with either plain ph’d water or nute water.☮
