I Enjoyed Drawing This One Long Night

hey man....I like that...thats really cool....at total long drawn out doodle.....excellent!

Yeah thats cool rita,i like the way that you've tried to hide the fish and shells in the picture even though they are the picture.
Very good:blsmoke:

this one is fun too - i call it 'The City Sleeps' - to me cities are like big women blending into and out of the landscape - art is my life - rita

Thats some very nice work rita with great imagination behind the art as well.
Is that pastel or crayons?
Do you do any computer art?
Graphics tablets and pens and some good software are very handy tools even if your a purist you can still knock out some great ideas with them without wasting your paints and pastels until you are ready to go:blsmoke:

Both pics drawn with wax pastels then painted over with ink and watercolour - always liked the technique as a kid - never got over the delight as the paint is repelled by the wax drawing - dont do any computer art, tend to use pc just for photos -Dont mind wasting materials as its the process thats satisfying and lucky if i get a good pic at the end of it - i like to get my hands mucky! I also do a lot of photography - there are some fab views here in Andalucia. I also paint in oils, acrylics and make mad ceramics. teapots mostly in the shape of animals - rita

Something i made ages ago - dont have it anymore, gave everything away when i moved to Spain - have pics of loads of ceramics if it doesnt bore anyone
