Story:

My boss & his wife just separated and he has 2 kids. He is drinking at a bar and his ride left so he "Borrows" a bike from a friends house and starts to bike home on a rural highway. A cop pulls him over and charges him with a DIU & grand larceny for stealing the bike. Now the shit kicks in he is a city official so it was all over the news.
He was one of the best bosses i ever had and now he is going to get fired.


Just because cops in this county are overpowered and have nothing better to do. Hey lets pull this guy on the bike over cuz no cars have passed in the last hour.

The friend didn't know but it would be like walking into your moms house and grabbing a sandwich.. Your mom wouldn't care but if a cop saw you he would charge you for home invasion type shit

Ya but can't the friend tell the pig it was ok, well to take the bike that is, he cant erase the past only try to do damage control, poor dude he wont shake the drunk in public shit, well depends if they have blood or breathelizer proof, man a guy tries to get home and this happens , not cool man

Yea any cop pulling someone on a Bicycle over is a super douche. On a motorcycle is a different story. Grand larsony makes me think a motorcycle, in which case then DUI is deserved. I get my first name from some who crashed a motorcycle after drinking.

That charge will be dropped but it dose not matter he was still charged with it and it was played on the news. politics in the city says they wont represent him they will just let him fry and call it a personal issue.

Ahhh sounds like the company I had dedicated my early 20's too, I worked 3 years not missing one day, received awards and certificates for oustanding service and thinking outside the box, oh wait happy 7 yrs ur fired hahahaha Fuck i hate this world sometimes :( The ones who deserve the most suffer the greatest ;) or something like that lol

Hey not in my small town, actualy the place i was born in has no public transportation, around the holidays some people make themselves useful and shuttle all the drunks around, we call them "Les nez rouge" the red noses lol sounds funny in french when ur hammered , they make amzing money and u feel safer, most of the time u kinda know the person driving u. Oh how i luv small towns !!

pretty sure the DUI charge is bullshit and will get tossed in court. Unless the DA wants to be a cocksucker and make him plead out to probation or something. The larceny thing...well...there's larceny under $250 and larceny OVER $250...the bike is hopefully less than $250 and not one of those bikes the pigs were using on Cops to bust kids for theft...they went and bought this fucking Mercedes Benz bicycle worth like $5,000 and kept putting it in front of stores unlocked and dude after dude hopped on it and peddled away...and each one got charged with like grand theft auto because it was such an expensive bicycle...I fucking shit you not.
Your boss isn't getting time, maybe probation, and he should fight or sue to keep his job.

borrowed a friends bike (you did not say though if the friend reported this)

if he did not report, how could they be charging him for theft?

really dont make sense the actions of the police
