i have a few questions concerning my sprouts

i have a sprout thats about 1.5 inches tall and me bein a dumass accidently tore off one of the two rigged leaves..
is there something i should do?

also, one of my different sprouts growing under a flouro tube, the little leaves are pointing strait up vertical for a couple days now..
ive never seen that happen??
