First time growing. Read a ton, but unless you get your feet wet, reading is just that!
I have an auto (please don't destroy me) that from what I garnered typically stay pretty small.

This was a seed in soil & 20G pot May 01, and I am 6FT tall. In no way, shape or form am I complaining how big it is, and its legal here in Ontario to grow. Is there something I can do better to make this beauty explode?

Ask any questions you want, again sorry I'm new and if I missed anything be happy to answer!

She is STUNNING! Just had to get that out.
As far as your question, I am of no help. I'm sorry, I honestly know nothing about autos, but she is obviously a very happy girl!!

My backyard is so hot-bathed all day with the sun, my BBQ temperature gauge sits around 200F without it even being on.

Here is where I feel I am lost. My soil is pretty much Happy Frog minus the guano, and nutes are in the pic along with some Cal Mag 1 time a week. I am following what the bottles say, but its complete guesswork? I have no idea how much water shes actually drinking at once but it is quite a bit. So I go about 4-5L of water with the recommended nutes and I do 2 water to 1 feeding, should I change?

When I just water her, I take the hose, and just pump her (slowly) full till I see a bit of runoff from the pot. Hit a few rainstorms a day or two later and she looked very droopy and sad but bounced back greener than ever!

I'm not as fancy as measuring soil levels and PH, seems to hurt my brain but this may change my mind.

I have buddies who have grown for years, are "experts" that try to poke and prod me different ways; but not one of them has ever grown an auto, or seen one this size, this fast.
