I think some of my plants are budding

I'm a new grower that decided to jump in and do several plants at once. anyway I think there are a few that are budding. I dont know why though. Others are not budding. besides for light they have been sitting in a south facing window for the last few weeks and the days are getting longer not shorter so they should not think it is fall. Oh and only one strain is doing it too Morning Glory i think. my question is why is it budding? and can I keep the plant growing and budding the entire summer to have a giant super bud?

uhm..... u should just buy a 200 watt led light or sumthing and make ur own cycle
