idea for a new product.

how many of you would be interested in a programmable fan controller, where you could program not only on/off times, but speed of the fan, possibly thermostatically, at different times of the day?
i looked for one online and couldn't find such a thing, now i'm about to get a friend to make me one, and we're wondering if enough people would want one to make it worth putting a few on ebay as an experiment

Kinda like that? Set your min and max fan speeds and. It'll keep your room at a defined temp. It's Variac based so no hum.

You don't usually want to be turning fans off completely as that'll cause smell to start leaking.
