I'm a first time grower and i'm up to speed on all but three things.

First, when starting do i just drop the seed in the rockwool cube? Secondly, which nutrients do i put in the water at what times. Lastly what light(wattage) do i need at different stages for just one plant

IMHO you need to do alot more reserch,my motto is read,read,read,and when you think youve read enough read some more.

So, what exactly are you up to speed on? Because germination, feeding and lights are probably the most important things.
You are not yet ready to grow. Like chunkylonin says, you have a lot of research to do yet. And maybe you should try a soil grow or two first, to get the feel of things.
