I'm back into the business...

so it's been awhile now. i gave up growing due to suspicion my parents had awhile back. and after 18 months, i've decided to give it another run.
im 15 days in right now, no nutes or ferts yet. just plain old filtered tap water.
they're in a mixture of 1.5 cu. ft. MG garden soil, 8 dry qt. perlite, 8 dry qt. MG organic potting mix, and 8 dry qt. schultz seed starter (spaghum peat moss).
the garden soil is not for containers, but i dont care. i've got my light 16" from the tops its a 400 w CMH, in an easy cool 6 hood, although i dont have any air cooling hooked up right now.
well, here they are. the 3 biggest are 15 days old, the 1 in the big pot is 9 days old, and the ones in the cups are 5-6 days old.
so yeah. tell me what to think, and throw me your 2 cents. i consider myself quite the pro at letting them do theyre own thing. also, i do not plan on doing any training. just 100% natural growth this time around.

Oh hell yeah. I mean they aren't old but you sound like you have your head screwed on straight which puts you ahead of half the people you see loose. Like your "let it be" attitude as I let them lead the way. Less is best. KISS. However you like it. +rep for being straight and not some asshook we keep getting so many of lately. looks good. onlt thing didn't see a fan? would help temps and strenghen them for those 2footbuds but kiss is where its at. grow on

i have 2 fans. just not pictured. hahaha.
the plants are at the bottom of an attic stairwell that nobody goes into. i have one fan blowing air down on them, and one fan pulling air up. i need cooler weather cause it gets to about 90 up there, but the temps havent caused any problems yet. i like to think that any temp below 100 is acceptable for veg, because if you mimic nature around me, its at least 95 every day in june and july.

i didnt even want to go down THAT road again...but i had the same thought

yes i am. and i feel ashamed. but i help with bills and work part time and am a full time student.. i think theyd understand if they found out.
theyd just make me trash everything.

Kid growing in Mom & Pop house, this is bad, bad & bad again. Imagine for a second you accidentally set the place a blaze due to your inexperience or else...just take 30 second to imagine the consequences. If you own a home one day and are ready to assume some risk god, but please don't pass any risk of that kind on your parents.
