Indoor Grow Room Help !

Hello,

I am new to the whole grow scene and had a couple of questions in which i tried to find the answer to online but have had no luck. I plan on using my spare room as my grow room its a 10x10 (no carpet's just tile, with one window facing the back of the house which is fenced in) but i hit a dead end. I have seen videos of how to set up a indoor grow room in which they use some sorta exhaust from the ac unit to the space in which they are growing. My question would be is there any type of alternative to keeping that room cool? besides modifying anything with the ac unit. I was thinking of some portable ac units and humidifiers to keep the heat out? would that work? any advise or tips would be appreciated. Also can someone explain the whole vegging and flowering stage? and one last question around how many plants would be ideal for a 10x10 room?

u can just use box fans in ur window one blowing in an one blowing out then hang asolating fans int the corners of ur room what kink of lights to u plan to use that is what will depent on how many plants u will be able to grow

if i had box fans in the window would the smell of it get out? or can it be controlled?

it depends on temp and level of room normally. if there are central ac vents etc. start from there. also what kinds of lights and hoods etc. put some of these in ur ? too to (to-to lol). it makes a difference. if like it cold in the house that may help u win. if like it warm and that room is upstairs then it can get weird. but if i miss more input in a nutshell figure normal temps and compare to what u will add with gear. im in a basement and made a room from drywall and panda film to airseal and control exhaust/temps. believe it or not this is a cool time for u
