Intake vents

Does anyone know of or seen a type of powerless turbine vent? I'm running a passive intake and using the lower intake vent hole to pull the air in. I'd like to have a sort of duct tube that has a fan blade in it that can be ran off of the vacuum of the exhaust to help distribute fresh air throughout and to lower my fan speed for intake and use the intake as a booster.

I already have two of those, that was what made me think of one that isn't powered. Tried using it and The blade spins from the vacuum but the motor restricts the speed. I actually get good air flow with just the straight open vent hole alone. Just thought having one with a fan blade would help with pulling in air faster making me have to work the inline as much. Thanks though
