A female plant can be pollinated as soon as it shows preflowers, if you keep the male around/alive by the time you are able to identify the females they will have already been pollinated. My advice is too cull out the male. It will not be worth it ruining a good sensimilla crop. Once the female is pollinated she concentrates on producing viable seeds, not cannibinoids. So potency will be lost and bud mass will be all seeds. Goodluck!
