is 200w cfl enough

i have a hydrofarm 200w cfl bulb,6400k and a hydrofarm cfl reflector.my grow space is 3 1/2 ft by 3 1/2 ft.it will be lined with a layer of IR blocker and a layer of duraflect on top of that.i plan on using 6-5 gal buckets.
is the 200w bulb enough for this size space?do i really need a different spectrum bulb for flowering?the one i have cost $140.i am going to try skunk #1 on the first grow and dont want to mess this up.thanks for any info.
 
how many plants?

200w would be good for 2.
its better to have a 2700k cfl for flower. i know that 6500k bulb ran you about $60?
shit 10 more could have had a 150w hps.

you can flower with the 6500k tho.
 
how many plants are you growing?? soil or dro? if only growing a plant or 2 your probably ok but you should have more. just go buy some more cfls from home depot lowes or walmart, 40 watters or bigger... check out my grow with 300 floro watts, im going to add more but my 3 plants are coming along good. you can use it for flowering but you wont have a big yeild and it will take a lot longer to flower...

you need about twice as much light for the flowering stage if you want decent bud. see attached chart
 
paid about $140 us for it...didnt want mh or hps due to heat factor...the more ducting and fans and such creates a problem i really cant work around where i live...i cant cut holes in floor or ceiling for additional ducting and i am limited to the electric circuts i have available...thanks
 
i cant believe all the quick responses i have got so far...i really appreciate the info and links to check...i bought my equipment at a hydro shop in new orleans...that is the closest one to where i live...it was the only cfl they stock so i got it...i dont have room for a 4ft flourescent fixture...guess i could have bought 3 or 4 2ft ones and put them side by side...do they make a 2ft t8 fixture or will i need to get t5?i may wind up using the set-up i have now to keep a couple of mother plants under.
my last grow was 15 years ago outdoors.i quit when i saw helicopters circling my plants.thought i would try my luck indoors.i have skunk #1 seeds from paradise,hashberry from mandala and white widow from dutch passion.i was trying to decide if i wanted to try 5 at a time.that would give me 2 grows per pack.thanks again for the responses everyone.

thats y i despise outdoor grows tat and pple would steal my plants.
 
thanks for the link mane...i saw my exact setup for less than half what i paid...would the 250w switchable hid setup create a lot of heat?...that is my main concern

the discount cfl link you gave me has a fan calculator.i typed my room size in and it said i need 103 cfm...i am going to use a 200cfm fart fan like you use in a bathroom...also a small oscalating fan...hope its enough
