Is 30 ~ 31 celcius ok?

Lol not the temps????!! if it's allways hot where you are try go for sativa dom strains. And my room in summer hits 30-31 as along you have air movement well in there.... And if it goes past 32-35 you will have mites and probably other problems. But sativa does well in heat. Hope it helps

so if it goes past 32c you will get mites... my rooms runs at 32c most days unless it's cold I have never had mites so that just bollucks

It's 25 on now and no mites, lol you will if you do keep it going mate try 35 ish for a couple if you can then sit back and watch the fuck ups that appear

I haven't had mites and tbh I don't want them! I just can't understand why people say ohh high temps are are bad you'll get this that n the other blah blah blah think logically about what the plant is its a weed! Plus in the wild where these beauties grow wild there isn't some bloke controlling heat humidity light etc I think the more you fuck about with your plant adjusting temps and light to what you want your running more risk of getting problems

Yes and no I agree with to disagree, hot temps runs the risk of bugs and other stuff just because you never had em (thank god) do give bad advice mate lol. I had high temps and had mites and some heat stress.
Basically if your room is hot and you cannot help it
1 I would make sure the room is nearly always clean as hell.
2 try and mist your plants regular and get a fan to blow at it regularly (mites don't like windy rooms or the mist on plants)
That was my two mistakes that led to disaster.
I am saying this from experience not from books and threads. I read these things to understand more.

I am growing in the Caribbean it reaches as higher as 95F from 11am to 4pm. The last few days have been more like 88F due to some kinda of ITCZ shit the weatherman talking about.
I now understand that I should have gone with the sativa dominant strain like Green Crack.
Oh well, I am trying to make out with what I have Indica Dominant until I can scrape enough money to buy an AC for the grow room. But I was so looking for the quickest BUD when buying seeds that the sativa strains really werent standing out. And at that time I did not know heat was an issue.
My plants leaves look a bit like the heat stress pictures but not as bad as I have seen. No doubt my yield will be affected but its better than the Garbage, dog shit colombian and mexican weed that is flooded on the market.
This fucking country have cocaine selling everywhere for nothing, pure cocaine and crack, and weed is pure shit. BTW i can get 15 years in jail for growing one tree.

Lol I can get jail time too. I'm in uk,
When looking for strain you can find hybrids that are quick... Delahaze is a good example I only grown it once and that was in a hot summer. I chopped at week 5 because the street weed was crap and better off smoking a sig lol.... But yeah it's a 8-9 week strain but cut at 5 and was very nice. Or even better when you next shop for seeds look for hardy plants because there are some indica's who thrive of warmer weather.... Don't loose hope. And for the leafs cupping or stressed just mist every now and then with a spray bottle and get some fans in there so you got a storm going on lol.

I like your idea but best to set it next time for night you will have less hassle, unless your grow room is out doors shed then it's understandable. Do you're best to get another fan to blow on you plants is should help and don't let the pots get too dry because of your heat issue. Hope this helps

To be honest every one will have a different scale of dosages. I would advice to not go crazy.. I only just got nutes this Is my fifth grow and I only got em to boost my yield and have a deff free plant.... In other words I read my plants and hear what they say lmao I only hear em when stoned. Feed only if there is a need unless you are production person or if you like a boom bastic yield then wait for the big boys lol.. I'm too caring
The second fan is a must but to be honest you said led fixture so the one should be fine I think. You plant looks good at 4 days other one is abit pissed off tho.. Don't be afraid if your plant looks in a bad shape because that's how you will get help.. Good luck and they are good
