LOL Really? Where the hell is this coming from. :) I'd say the BEST place to trip would be in the woods. :) Wherever the best woods would be, would be the best place to be. :) Lot of wo(ul/o)d goin' on. :D Whether it would be western United States or the shires of the United Kingdom, can't beat mother nature. :) Silica doesn't inspire happy feelings in a tripper. :)

i was once tripping on the beach in waltham on the 4th of july...

my friends hairless chihuahua named bob disappeared for 30 mins, and came back with a 1/2 of weed in his mouth.
there was 12 witnesses.

it was epic.

Dude. That is the most badass avatar ever. +rep!

I've only been to the beach a handful of times in my life, smoking a joint on the beach is awesome, but I couldn't see frying on the beach while you're frying. :D

North east... would imo be either NYC, Baltimore, or DC. But I like the colorful flashing lights of the city personally ;). I remember tripping on acid in NYC with a few friends and giant lite up snow flakes were on the side of some building and about every five minutes they would light up in certain order to a Christmas song played on loud speakers on the side of the building. Pretty mind blowing, stood on the same street for about 15 minutes to watch 3 different songs

Tripping in the woods in the NE is insane. One time when I was about 16, me and a few of my friends found glowing wood. Thats right, glowing wood. Looks just like those green glow sticks, just not as bright. We thought we were losing our minds. Being the nerd that I am, I just had to find out what it was since I've never seen such a thing. Turns out it's a bioluminescent fungus called foxfire that grows in the right conditions on certains species of decaying trees. A few days later in school I told me biology teacher about it and she never heard of it. Haha, she actually said (jokingly) "we you guys on acid or something?"

To top it all off, later on that night walking home, a freakin cop car comes out left field flying up the street right toward us with lights and sirens blasting. Almost had a heart attack right there on the spot, lol. The guy just flew right by us not even slowing down. I think it goes without say, running into John Q. Law is about the last thing you want to happen while on acid.

you know... back in the days of the revolution, some of those green mountain boys would use that wood to read there maps in the dark w/out striking a light.
fascinating stuff....

Yeah I was reading something like that. I think there are several different species. The only one I can find online shows an actual mushroom fruiting body that glows. The stuff we found, the mycelium must actually glow or something because it just looked like a plain old stick except with a light green glow, haha. The messed up thing is, we've been in that area at night many times before that at night. It was more or less a little party spot we had clear out, built a fire ring, made seats, etc. Just so happens THAT night we find the glowing wood

Ya know. You don't really give us a fair option when we decline the option of agreeing with you on the poll. :D I didn't want to say 'fuck cape cod' but I guess I had to. :)
