Ive been growing outdoors about 3 months. Is it time to harvest?

You are going to have to go buy a handheld microscope from Radioshack or somewhere similair unless you just want to blindly harvest. You have to get a very close up look at the trichomes and check them for color to get any kind of good indication of maturity. Looks like a couple weeks more to me.

In most parts of the united states, outdoor plants aren't generally ready til October. Some strains a little earlier, some much longer.

From the pic it looks like your about half way done...but if I could see more of the plant I think we would have a better idea how far along you are.
