Is it time to harvest?

Hi everyone, new to this forum so big shout out from Madrid, Spain!

I'm a complete newbie to this growing thing, only having grown a couple of plants last year. This year however I seem to have got a nice little plant, but not sure when it's ready to harvest. Was hoping some of you experts could help here from the pictures I've attached.

The strain is called 'White Siberian' from Dinamen seeds (feminized) and was planted in early June. It's been outside the whole time thanks to the amazing weather we have here in Spain. It's been periodically treated with fertilizer and carefully watered.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again,,w1.jpgw2.jpgw3.jpgw4.jpg

Welcome. Those pics look great, as does your plant. Looks like another four weeks to me. Get prepared to take care of her if the weather turns during that time.

Good grief, you are looking for amber trichomes, not pistol color. Go to radio shack and get a $12 60-100x lighted magnifier to look at them. I see no swell; they look about 4-5 weeks flowered to me.

And to the hijacker, it looks like you have mold. Do you have a better pic? 11 weeks you should be pretty much done.

Glad you arent taking care of my garden :P
Pistils change by weather and are not an indicator for best harvesttime. You can use it to see when you have to take your microscope to look at the trichomes.

My last harvest contained a single White Siberian specimen (amongst other strains).
One of my favorite smokes ever and the local supplier here couldn't sell his usual products because everyone wanted my medicine instead.

TBH I probably cut it a few days early. About ~20% amber trichs or so after 7+ weeks.

This is how it looks a week later. Still another couple of weeks to go like you all suggested?
Hope its ok to keep posting pictures like this.

Thanks to everyone for reading!

Now those are some good lookin buds. What surprises me is that there are not alot more trichomes all over everything. Have you been giving them any nutes during flower?

Being a total novice at this (I don't even smoke anymore - I know, I know, what the hell am I doing here you all ask??!), I've been giving the plant an organic nutrient called HEMI (local produce sold here in Spain). It's been doing wonders for my vegetables - my chillis and tomatoes are insane, not to mention my herbs. The plant has been outside the whole time, light regulated only by the Spanish sun. Can't bring it inside due to space and small children.
Should I being giving the plant more nutrients now that it's flowering? I usually give the plant the right amount according to the specs - which is a cup full/per litre every 2 weeks.
All advice welcome.
Thanks Clayton!

P.S. ULM Reasearch - that's an awesome looking White Siberian - why doesn't mine look that good! hahaha

Yes, my man. Read through the growing thread. A cup every two weeks is not feeding them right. I feed mine a little every few days. Your plants looks great. Next time make it awesome.

Yeah, they look early, but you've got to go on the trichomes as many others here have already said. The naked eye can only tell you so much.
