i have bugs still and I am 15 days into flowering can i still bomb with a pyrethrium bomb or will it mess my plants up?
Is it too bomb my room?

I wouldnt bomb it with anything from a regular store like wal-mart or a hardware store... Try your local grow shop, they know why you are there and will lead you in the right direction... personally I would just get some of that soap insecticide and make sure you rinse it real well...

also worth bearing in mind that an increased drop of temps, particularly during dark periods, will kill the little bastards, say 60-65C.
An increase in humidity will also deter them, and cause eggs to rot.
Add a few more fans, insects do not like to live or lay eggs in fast moving air.
Personally, would remove plants and spray them with a pyrethrium based product, perhaps mixed with a foliar feed, and bug bomba the grow room and equipment.
