Is my first plant ready???

Wonder skunk autoflowering. Week 6 of bloom coming to completion. Guide says 2 more weeks - 1 more with fert and 1 without. 4 plants total but 1 seems to really be changing. Top cola has 50/50 red/white hairs and leaves are curling but lower colas do not have nearly as many red hairs. 3 pictures of the same plant attached. What do you think? Thanks for the time folks.

Pic 1 & 2 are the top cola, pic 3 is lower colas on plant.

I assume I will have to harvest the plants separately and not all at once given how advanced this one is vs. it's sisters.

Too many white hairs to be ready yet I would wait 1-2 weeks
