Does that mean it is still in customs. It was only updated today...

PS...I changed location of Aus and added the stars never know

Oh and ill just add im not being impatient. I know its only 7 days but im curious as to whether 'Arrival at international place of exchange' means it is in customs or cleared customs!

We both ordered beans the same day. I am betting you are in customs. Good luck and let me know when they get there.

I would say international exchange is just a fancy word for customs.So the answer is yes,It says that the last update it arrived there,I know when I track my stuff it is a good 24 hrs. ahead of what the website tells me.

Are different parts of the US tougher to get things through customs? Where are the centers?

NY an chicago that I've heard of chicago is sopouse too be tougher I've never had an order nabbed yet and I'm at around 10 orders but my shit only goes through ny.

No, it's not in customs. I could tell you what it means but doing that would give away one of their shipping "secrets". You're just stressing over it.
