Is my setup good?

Plants won't grow as well as they will with them. The plants use more of the blue light spectrum when they are in vegetative state. Those lights put out barely any blue light.

So if I add a 125 watt 6400k bulb would it be perfect?
Yea actually, but are you talking actual 125w CFL or 125w EQUIVALENT CFL? there is a massive difference. If it says 125w replacement on the package it is actually only 65 true watts.

This is a real 125w CFL bulb

This is the 125w Equivalent which is actually onlt 65 true watts

how did you get the plants to stick to the wall like that?
you are kidding right? lol

Are those clay pots? If so try and get plastic ones, clay wicks water away from the roots.
Not to mention retain heat. Def black plactic. Also i noticed your cube is showing on the big one. Ya need to cover that up. The last thing ya want is for your feeder roots to dry up now. that would cost you some time and yield in the end. if you want to stick with CFL you want somthing like this

You really want to hang your bulbs horizontally for maximum lum. That would mean you need a reflector. With CFL' you need that light within an inch or two of the plants. all and all your setup is decent to learn the art of growing under CFL's. Plus your plants look good! Cheers for that! Remember to keep the lights close and you will do fine. You will see your plants ripen more slowly than a HID grow, because of your low lumen output. Whatever, its fun to grow ANYTHING! Have fun and happy learning.
