Mainly the genetics will determine when its done.
 
Just a sprial light n one of those outdoor mechanic lights lol. Didnt get specific soil or ferrilizer just used peat moss n miracle grow but very lil. N gave her some tlc from her mama .
 
Yes thats a definitley a girl.. How long has it been flowering?.. Do you know the strain?.. Or was it a bagseed?

You may want to put alot of those spiral lights (cfl's) around it, are you talking about a mechanic light that is like a flood light (halogen) or one with the long tubes (florescent). Now that it is getting hairy (flowering) it will want a bunch of light, in this case more light=more grass at the end.
