is this enough light

Are these 6 bulbs enough for veg and flower. I currently use 1 -400w HPS. I'm thinking of switching over to 6 of these in a grow box for my next set of clones. what are everyones thoughts.

How many watts are the CFL's in the pic with the soda cans. Actually the cans are pretty clever. Im lining the entire inside of a storage bin with mylar and building the lights into bin.

40 watts each (120 combined). Soda cans work very well at reflecting the light....I covered my entire grow cupboard in mylar, on small scale grows mylar is reasonably priced.
