Is this mature enough to harvest pollen from?

I just wanna take enough to polinate a little and then kill this guy off, is he far enough along?

i took one of the bigger nuts off and there was pollen inside but i had to force it open, do i have to wait till its ready to burst on its own?

how much longer if its not ready?

the big fat white one in the center of the pic is about to burst. i pluck them off at this point. i leave the rest on to continue to mature. when i have plucked off as many as i need i kill the whole plant.

cut it off about 6 inches below the biggest cluster on the top put it in a beer bottle or some kind of bottle put a peice of glass or plastic under it takeit out once a day and shake the pollen off the balls then collct it and use it you can takeas much as you need this is how i do it

Do you freeze them and wait for the females flowers to mature more ? thanks for your help !

i dry them then sift them thru a piece of silk screen. i store it in a film can on my shelf until the females are ready. make sure you have enough dried and sifted before you kill the male.

I had one burst open on a leaf so I cut the leaf off. And collected 5 more balls and got pollen from them.

The leaf I just brushed on a bud in flowering and used a q tip to collect / spread the rest around other buds.

Will this work?
