Is this normal??

First time grower here- I have 4 plants going but this one looks like it’s already starting to preflower. Growing them part time indoor/part time greenhouse. I was worries that one was starting to flower so I have them under 18/6 lights until they move to the greenhouse full time. Is this normal? Should I be worried if none of the other plants are showing this? Pictures below.

If it is outdoors in the spring it will turn around

When I reveg I use 24/7 lighting
