Yeah,
As a plant ends its flowering cycle, the buds pull the nutrients from the leaves to continue its development, that is a sign the plant is ending its cycle.
Now allow me to clarify not all plant's leafs will turn as it ends its cycle, I've seen plants harvested at 7 weeks with a full (reasonably full) green bush. What you need to watch for is if your buds start dying, then you have other potential (possibly big ie bud rot) problems.
