well I got my supplies, went to lowes. got 2 metal shop light and some 23w CFLs. set up in my closet, with the fan right above them so they get all the fresh air they need. in order to get all the light they could want i set up some alumium foil on the walls and doors. I dont have a camera so I cant show you all but I am hoping this will slow the streching a bit. I also bought some shultzs plant food plus micronutrients is this stuff any good? just thought I would update and thanks you all for the advice now I will sit back and wait.....:hump:

If you have the 4 foot long shop lights and 40 watt bulbs you can move very close to the plants. The heat from the bulbs is over a large enough surface to dissipate. My plants touch the tube for a few days before I raise the fixture.

If you meant metal bowl reflectors you have to move up a few inches to prevent burn, because the heat is more concentrated. Sorry, for the miss que.
