ok so i bought a aerogarden for my mom for mothers day only to find she had already bought one. and im wondering if it would be any good for growing? i know it doesnt have the right kind of lights and everything but this would be my first time tring to grow. and im wondering if this would at least teach me the basics. also i know this is a rookie question but how do you tell if your plant is male or female? any input would be appreciated thanks everyone.
