Hi, out of necessity I had to transplant some 8ft plants in the ground into a 25 gal container, now they're leaves are facing up and backwards (not "wilting" yet tho)

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

You have any pictures to show us? You did water it, right? Is it now under an HID light or anything?
If you dug this plant out of the ground and did any damage to the roots it is going to increase stress. If possible you need to increase the humidity around this plant until it gets more accustomed to its' new environment. At least get a spray bottle with plain water and mist it several times a day. It should be kept out of direct sunlight or HID light for about a week also.

There are some ways to reduce transplant shock: Superthrive if you can get it mix a drop to a few cups of water or a few drops to a gallon and apply it where you know it will soak the roots. Other products like this contain plant hormones and B vitamins.
For future transplants I can recommend trying Espoma Biotone Starter Plus which I have used with transplants in the past with success.
