Just wondering

A few of you have vast amounts of experience on in door grows and I was wondering what seems to work better for the veg cycle 24/0 or 18/6?

i was told 18/6 is best for your root system and 24/0 is best for growth i dont know if this is true tho

i personly prefair 18/6 theres as much changes made in your plants when light off as when there on

I say 18/6 with HID lighting and 24/0 with CFL lighting.I look at it like this,you work 18 hrs and rest 6 hrs.To start rooting 24 hrs to get the roots going and then switch to 18/6. but both will work. PEACE

i have tried both and 24 hour seems a little quicker but not crazy difference so doesnt really matter up to personal preference try both and decide what works best for you
