No. Lady bugs will work on thrips but not mites. Predator mites or Green Lace Wing larvae. Lace Wings are good for aphids and spider mites. I am not sure about russet mites. Are you in veg or flower?

Are you sure they are russet and not spider mites? Russet mites usually require that you burn your house down. Either one bro - you better move fast to take care of this.
Do you have any liquid Silica? Any neem oil?
