Ok, so I’ve purchased seeds from Europe on several occasions, the first one being with Dinafem, on April 2016. It all rolled smooth, they provided me with a tracking number, and I got the package on a time I would deem reasonable.
Fast forward to December 2016, I wanted to order seeds again, but Dinafem wouldn’t take credit cards anymore, so I had to find a new seedbank to order from.
I ordered from Lahuertagrowshop on that date
So I got the seeds from them in time as well, and wanted to order again on may 2017, witch I got from them again.
I was happy all in all with both seed banks, but I really liked Dinafem because of the strains they carry, and well, I had an ok experience with both banks, so I decided It would be the same ordering from either one or the other, (all this, keeping in mind I would be able to keep ordering from Dinafem, witch I couldn’t. but here’s the thing…) and that’s when I found out that Lamota was some sort of subsidiary (or branch of some kind) of Dinafem, And they accept credit cards, witch was great, so I went on and ordered from them. What could go wrong? After all this, I’ve already ordered seeds from them before.
well, I all ways got a tracking number from any seed bank I’d order from, This way, I can keep rack of it, and make any claim in case the package was miss-delivered, or simply never delivered at all. I’d have my money or seeds guaranteed on behalf of the seed bank. Except for this time. This time my seed’s were not guaranteed, and my money was never going to be returned at all in case the got lost. Why? Because they were sent as an ordinary letter, witch means it is untraceable by anyone, no one is certain it is being delivered, and in case it’s lost, you’ll never know it did. So… This has happened before on purchases I’ve made online from China, except they’ll refund your money in case you didn’t receive the package after 60 days. They guarantee your money back, at least. It’s the least they can do after using such cheap delivery options.

Now, after I got a word with the staff at lamota, they told me that they’ve been sending packages to South America without tracking numbers for over a year now, and recommends once again, I read the terms and conditions, In a mocking tone of voice.
So, that being said, My Order was delivered to MEXICO. Mexico is NORTH AMERICA. There is an entire continent, between North America, And south America, (Central America). And, if my package would to be get lost, it would be their fault! This is outrageous. They both, messed my order up, and also explicitly said they wouldn’t do anything to help me.
On top of this, on their next email, they explicitly tell my that I cannot either: track my package, and In case it gets lost, there is absolutely nothing they will do help me, leaving me helpless.
This thread is just a rant and a heads up for those out there looking for seedbanks to order from. Me, personally, Ill just keep ordering from a seed bank I know will have my back in case something goes wrong, and not a greedy ass seedbank that doesn’t give a crap about anything but profit.
Today it has been 5 weeks since I ordered my seeds, and after countless visits and phone calls to my postal office I have given up and decided to shop for another set of seeds from another seedbank, witch will most likely be lahuerta.
