Hey guys I just purchased a 357 magnum plus. The 357 watt version. Someone's grow was comprised so he gave me a really cheap price.. Anyway, it has three settings, one keeps the blues and white only, the other red and white, and the other full spectrum. I'm doing scrog should I keep it at full spectrum veg and flower? Or switch it at certain times?

Sound like you may have their new one. Both of mine only had 2 switches. I used the blues when they are small/young, and start adding the red as I get closer to flower. Put up some pics. That company has changed ownership, so I hope to see their reputation change. I have had good results with their lights and service, but others I have heard have not.

There's two switches sorry for the confusion, if you have them both on its full spectrum, there was a magnum 357 before the plus but it didn't use 357 watts. I will put up some pictures as soon as they grow out a little more in the screen! Kind of embarrassing and small right now they just reached it lol

Mine has worked great for over 3 years with only 2 power supplies replaced. Just a very small footprint. A light mover, set to move no more than 12" helps

I have hit just under that. But with how I have mine now I think it might do @ a GPW or better. I have a DWC with 2 2' plants and 1 over 2' in a 2g. bag. The light is angle toward the wall to let the light reflect back.

Cool! I've been battling what seems to be toxic salt buildup or under feeding, I cut the bad leaves off and raised ppm to 1000, they got darker green they used to be lighter, if they get better in a few days I'll put up pics! It's a really purple strain my friend gave me the cut, his was dark purple in flower!

It's called purple gum I'm not sure if it's purple urke x bubblegum or purple kush x bubblegum
