So I’m in week 3 of flower doing really well, everything going nicely and I’ve went and left the lights on over night I’ve switched them off! Will leaving them of full 24 really do any harm to my plants and help recovery as I’m getting mixed reviews from articles I just need to know I haven’t screwed them up? Thanks

24 hours on its own shouldn't cause a problem, 3 days of it might.

Leaving them off 24 hours won't hurt a bit.
At worst the new growth might have a yellow tinge which will green up as soon as they get light
Have I any worries that my beautiful ladies will turn male? Because I’ve left the light on! A lot of people are saying this is possible but my buds are all already formed and fattening out nicely again already. Sorry for the dumb questions I’m in panic mode over them right now

No I left the light on for almost 11 hours over night my girls are on 12/12 on 10am off 10pm this being the first time I’ve ever done this has given me a kick to the toosh I’ve every faith my girls will recover and pick themselves up. And that’s reassuring to say the least that these will not change after just 24 hrs in the dark the response in here is fantastic thankyou

As said above you should be fine. I would think that a quality timer would solve this. If running led fixtures I would also recommend a surge suppressor to protect your light.
